1. Position the New Port – Align the new charging port with the PCB.
2. Apply Fresh Solder – Use a fine-tip soldering iron to secure the new charging port in place.
3. Check Connectivity – Inspect all solder joints to ensure they are secure and clean.

Step 6: Reassemble the Phone

1. Reattach the Sub PCB – Press the board back into place and reconnect ribbon cables and antenna wires.
2. Secure with Screws – Replace all screws that were removed during disassembly.
3. Snap the Back Cover On – Carefully align and snap the back cover into place.
4. Insert the SIM Tray – Ensure it is properly seated before turning the device on.

Step 7: Test the Repair

1. Power On the Phone – Ensure the Mobile Phone boots up correctly.
2. Check Charging Functionality – Connect a charger and monitor if the device charges properly.
3. Verify USB Data Transfer – Connect the phone to a computer to confirm that USB data transfer works correctly.
