- Reassembled the laptop, reinstalled GPU, screen, and cooling system.
- Booted up successfully with Dell logo appearing.
- Observed a “Service Tag Not Programmed” error, which required further BIOS modifications.
- Final BIOS Programming:
- Programmed the service tag to remove the boot warning.
- Performed extensive testing to ensure stability.
- Confirmed that the system is running without any performance restrictions.
Final Outcome:
The Dell Precision 7550 was successfully revived with a properly flashed BIOS. After a final quality check, the system was returned to the customer in perfect working condition.
