Remove the lower case
Use the Pentalobe (P5) screwdriver to remove the screws securing the bottom case, your fingers between the display and the lower case and pull upward to pop the lower case off the Air.
Disconnect the Battery
Use a spudger to slide the battery connector parallel to the logic board and out of its socket on the logic board.
Remove the Audio Board
The flat end of a spudger underneath the Touch ID sensor cable to slice through the adhesive securing it to the audio board. Use the black stick to lift the end of the lid angle sensor flex cable off the connector . Then gently peel the lid angle sensor flex cable off the audio board . The audio board is typically located near the headphone jack or along the sides of the MacBook Air, depending on your model.
The audio board connector cowling over the ends of the lid angle sensor and audio board flex cables.the new audio board in the same position as the old one and secure it using the screws you removed earlier.
