Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.For the first 10 days after the delivery date, if the item gets defect then we will arrange a pick up from you if we have a return pickup service in your area otherwise you need to send it back to our address through courier and the return charges will be reimbursed to you.  After 10 days you have to courier the item back to us on your own. The return charges will not be reimbursed in this case only the item’s actual amount will be eligible for a refund. After 10 days anything happens and you need to claim a warranty then you have to send the item to our address through courier at your own cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.We have a QC team that tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. In addition to the normal quality assurance checks, all the goods have passed in the factory line.for returns mentioning the order number in the subject and the brief about the issue in the item purchased in the body of the email.

  • The item may be damaged during transit
  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • Or that a wrong item is delivered to you
  • The product must be in original condition
  • The products must be without liquid damage

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • All Products record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of the item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

n-defective product

  1. Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately (Must within 2 hours after your payment ). We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges, and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  2. Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s), having a return authorization request is necessary. The 30% restocking fee and the shipping & handling fee will be charged.
  3. We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive the wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make an exchange or refund arrangements after goods are returned.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at reformtech@reformtech.live .To return your product, you should mail your product to: reformtech@reformtech.live

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • WARANTIES:
  • The warranty is only valid for Complete Computer Services Customers within its warranty period.
  • We do not warrant the suitability of goods. Please check the suitability of products with your system and/or the manufacturer before purchasing.
  • The warranty will be void if the serial number or its label is missing.
  • The warranty will be void if items are written on or tampered with.
  • Complete Computer Services will replace or repair the items if a performance failure has occurred within the warranty period. Items that can be repaired by Complete Computer Services or our suppliers will not be swapped out.
  • The minimum waiting period for the replacement of warranty items is 48 hours after return. This may be extended due to the availability of stock from the Manufacturer or Base Supplier.
  • A component will be declared void and out of warranty if goods are mishandled, struck by lightening or power surges.
  • If a system is returned under warranty we cannot guarantee safety of any classified Data. It is the Customer’s responsibility to backup all Data including Application Programs prior to returning any system to Complete Computer Services.
  • Damage and defects which are in our opinion directly caused by incorrect or improper use, neglect, power surges, lightening damage, or mishandling by the customer are specifically excluded from any guarantee given or implied.
  • In the event that a system or hardware is sent to us under warranty and it is discovered that the fault has arisen due to misuse, neglect, mishandling, incorrect or improper use, we may, at our discretion, charge for parts and/or labour.
  • In the event that a system or hardware is sent to us under warranty and it is discovered that the system is functioning as intended, or that the fault has arisen as a result of a software issue, we may, at our discretion, charge for our labour.
  • Any software issues, including virus removal
  • New symptoms/issues not directly tied to the original service within the 30 day guarantee period
  • Installing new hardware or modifying existing hardware in the 30 day guarantee period voids the Reformtech.
  • Recurrence of original symptoms or issues caused by user error or negligence in the 30 day guarantee period, including but not limited to physical damage (drops, crushing, exposure to temperature extremes), liquid damage (spills on and liquid immersion of the device), electrical damage (improper grounding, contact with poorly performing or damaged electrical networks), and damage caused through installation or use of harmful software components (viruses, malware, spyware), voids the Reformtech Shop Warranty.
  • Service are provided in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the computer system for which you request such service.
  • Your system will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your computer, not damage it.
  • In the case of accidental damage of data to your system or data loss caused by already existing problems in your system such as viruses, bad configured software, or hardware problems/failures -You agree to hold Reformtech and any person associated with Reformtech or involved in the work being done for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems. It is your responsibility to backup your data. Reformtech will not be responsible for data loss.
